  • Bagordi Rioja Rosado — x 1

An organic wine made with 100% Garnacha grapes, which are all hand picked while the acids are still fresh, and are allowed to soak on the skins for 18 hours. It is then pressed for fermentation in tank Pale pink, vibrant, clean and bright with a youthful violet like rim. Fresh, fruity aromas of strawberries, raspberries, forest fruits and rose petals. Try with pasta, tapas, cheese, and white meats.

  • Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel, Baumgartner — x 1
A classic and popular Austrian grape, similar in profile to Pinot Blanc and Chablis, it is 100 % Grüner Veltliner and unoaked. It has a pale straw-yellow colour, on the nose fresh apples, accompanied by spicy-peppermint notes. On the palate medium bodied and a long finish. Serve as an aperitif or with fish, poultry and light meats.
  • Pehhcora Pecorino, Abruzzo — x 1

When you see the label you will probably guess that Pecora means sheep in Italian. A delicious white wine produced exclusively from 100% Pecorino grapes grown at high altitudes in the province of Chieti, in the Abruzzo region of central Italy. This is a crisp white wine with sweet ripe fruit flavors of peach and mango, warm spices and minerals.

Straw-yellow color with some green hints. On the palate it has a rounded flavor, a creamy texture with peaches and an intense, clean finish. It is a great partner to grilled fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.

  • Château Saint Roch Limoux Chardonnay — x 1

This beautiful dry white wine is vinified and oak aged for 8 months.  With a shiny gold colour, it offers a complex nose of white peach, dry fruits and toasted bread notes. The palate reveals a wine with good texture, refined elegance and minerality.

  • Mas Neuf Muscat Sec – Organic — x 1

Mas Neuf is an organic estate with a range of grape varieties, but we are particularly impressed with the somewhat unusual Muscat. Often sweet, this is a dry wine with wonderful aromas.

The grapes are picked when slightly over ripe which produces a wine that balances rich flavours and good acidity. The wine is aged in new and old oak before spending time on its yeast lees to create further complexity.

This is an outstanding organic wine with rich fruit flavours of sultana, lychee and jasmine. The finish is smooth, dry and with a touch of vanilla. Enjoy with blue cheese or event a fruit tart.

  • Tyrrell’s Old Winery Pinot Noir — x 1

Tyrrells Old Winery Pinot Noir is a blend of fruit sourced from some of the best red grape growing regions in South East Australia. After pressing the juice is fermented in a combination of traditional hand plunged open vats and larger potter tanks. • Cotes du Rhone, Domaine la Lyre – Organic — x 1

This organic Cotes du Rhone comes from Domaine la Lyre. The estate is situated in the hills near the Pont du Gard and the elevation gives a notable freshness to the wines, thanks in large part to a greater than usual proportion of Syrah in the blend. The wine has a lovely velvety texture with spicy black fruit flavours.

It is dark red and intense in colour. There are flavours of red and black fruits, with floral notes of jasmine. A powerful and elegant wine on the palate with silky tannins, a good structure and a long pleasant and persistent finish.Ideal with red meats in sauce, game, poultry and strong hard cheeses.

  • Domaine de l’Orangerie de Montrabech Petit Verdot — x 1

One doesn’t often find 100% Petit Verdots as it’s a grape often used to bolster colour and spiciness in blends. This wine has great depth of colour with a smokey, savoury palate of damson plums, cherries and hedgerow herbs. Ideal with Lamb and roasted fayre.

  • Chioccioli Chianti Classico — x 1

A clever blend of Sangiovese 85% ; Syrah 5% ; Merlot 5% ; Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, This is a 14 month barrel aged wine of extraordinary identity, fairly intense with fruity, floral and spicy notes, balanced and concrete tannin with a fresh acidity that extends into fruity and spicy notes. It goes very well with meat dishes such as lamb, roasts, wild duck, venison and pizza with meat. As for the cheeses: Chianti Classico fits well with fresh young cheeses or semi-mature cheese and Italian Taleggio.

  • Para Dos Sauvignon Torrontes — x 1

This wine is sourced from high altitude vineyards located in the Valle de Uco in Mendoza. This suits the Sauvignon Blanc grape and helps retain freshness and acidity whilst the Torrontes in the blend gives the wine the aromatics and fruit driven flavours ,In this wine you’ll find the typical aromatic taste and flavours or the two classic grapes grown in this region. Yellow with greenish hints and a lovely aroma of aromatic green fruits dominate the nose. On the palate we find flavours of gooseberry, green melon, white peach and grapefruit. A crisp and fruit driven wine. The finish is surprisingly long and just about dry/off dry, making it a perfect wine on its own or to partner spicy Asian cuisine.
