Creme de Framboise, Massenez

The family owned Massenez Distillery in Alsace has just celebrated 150 years of producing high quality liqueurs and eaux-de-vie. Since 2010 Manou Massenez and Elodie Naslin have worked with Grandes Distilleries Peureux under the able leadership of Bernard Baud who has taken the business forward with innovative products that nevertheless respect Massenez’s unique Alsatian identity.

The fruit liqueurs are noted for their pure and intense characracter that capture the real essence of the fruit. Their rich aroma make them very versatile and they can be drunk neat, over ice, in cocktails or poured on ice creams, pastries etc.

Raspberry is considered a feminine fruit par excellence, which is delicately revealed in Massenez Crème de Framboise or Raspberry Cream.  A fragile fruit that is so intense, both olfactory and taste, that this cream will surprise your senses.  An explosion of flavours!

This Crème is very exhilarating with a high purity of fresh fruit and delicate spice.  Powerful aromas that can recall other red fruits such as blackcurrant.  There is finesse and elegance in the mouth.   This is a cream that will seduce you with the delicacy of its fruity aromas.  After a discreet and elegant entry into the mouth, the aromas unveil and persist for a most delicious finish.
