Produced in the vineyards surrounding the castle of Bolgheri, situated in the south-west area of Tuscany. The vicinity to the sea combined provides are measured climate, not too hot or too cold, and this combined with free draining, sandy soils contribute to the ideal conditions for fine wine.

This impressive red from the Sensi winery is a blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemake Dorne Waters has crafted an silky, expressive wine, with good complexity of black fruit, cedar and vanilla spice. It is savoury and persistent on the palate in the manner of a fine Bordeaux.
