The Sun Gate winery in California have produced a soft, fruit driven red from the Cabernet Sauvignon Grape. It is rounded and easy drinking, with ripe red fruit aromas, predominantly cherry and blackcurrant. To taste it has cassis and plum flavours with a delicate spicy character.
