Gilbert Miclo Mirabelle Eau de Vie Grande Reserve is a yellow plum flavoured Eau de Vie made from the Mirabelle or yellow plum sourced from the east of France.
Grande Reserve Eau de Vie has to be aged for a period of 4 years as opposed to the standard 2 years for the Miclo “Tradition” range.
