This attractive Australian red is made from 100% Shiraz and comes in a handy quarter bottle, 18.75cl. Rich and fruity with ripe black fruit flavours of cherry and plum with hints of spice, pepper and vanilla. It is medium bodied and has a long finish. Serve at room temperature with peppered steak, robust pasta dishes or roasted vegetables.
