Description
This attractive sparkling wine is made from the traditional Cava grapes of Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada. The bubbles are small and well integrated with a fine bead giving freshness and elegance. It has gentle citrus aromas with yeasty hints. It is nicely fruity on the palate with a creamy texture and notes of brioche, balanced by a lovely streak of acitity to keep everything in place.
This is a great example of modern Cava, and the ideal alternative to Prosecco.
