Description
An organic wine made with 100% Garnacha grapes, which are all hand picked while the acids are still fresh, and are allowed to soak on the skins for 18 hours. It is then pressed for fermentation in tank Pale pink, vibrant, clean and bright with a youthful violet like rim. Fresh, fruity aromas of strawberries, raspberries, forest fruits and rose petals. Try with pasta, tapas, cheese, and white meats.
