Description
A portion of the Primitivo grapes for this wine were dried to increase the aromas and ripe fruit flavours. This method, known as ‘Appassimento’ has produced a rich, full bodied red with lovely sweet-edged character.
Aromas of over-ripe cherries, summer fruits, plum spices and chocolate. On the palate are mouth-filling flavours of dried and black fruits with hints of spice with attractive hints of sweet vanilla. The finish is full and expansive and quite delicious!
