Description
This domaine is owned and run by Etienne Daulny, one of the real characters of the Sancerre region. He is thoughtful and energetic with a glint in his eye and a great sense of humour. Of perhaps more relevance he is absolutely committed to the long term health and sustainability of his vineyards and his wines are always great value.
This is a supremely sophisticated rosé. Delicately coloured and fairly full flavoured, it has wonderful complexity combining summer fruits, ripe apple and minerals with a sustained, refreshing finish that is just dry. A most impressive wine.
