It is a sweet symphony, generous and sensual, all the aromas of the pear between just picked fruit, almost candied and marmalade before delicately giving birth to vanilla and the caramelised notes vanishing in light cascades of l’Eau de Vie who gave birth to it. A brandy of Pear Massenex that has been aged for 8 years.
Drink on its own or over ice.
