Description
A classic and popular Austrian grape, similar in profile to Pinot Blanc and Chablis, it is 100 % Grüner Veltliner and unoaked. It has a pale straw-yellow colour, on the nose fresh apples, accompanied by spicy-peppermint notes. On the palate medium bodied and a long finish. Serve as an aperitif or with fish, poultry and light meats.
