The Monsoon Valley wines are produced at Siam Winery, South East Asia’s leading winery and one of the founders and innovators of the Thai wine industry. Monsoon Valley has been continuously pushing the boundaries of what is possible in Thailand with wines styled to match the native cuisine.
Monsoon Valley Vineyard is built on a former elephant corral, a place where wild Asian elephants were domesticated. The terrain of loamy-sand and slate and constant ocean breeze allow international grape varietals to thrive and produce aromatic and award-winning Monsoon Valley Wines. Siam Winery started developing the site after successfully experimenting at the nearby Royal Research Station at Huay Sai in 2003.
This salmon pink Shiraz Rosé expresses wild strawberry, cherries and a lovely touch of spices on the nose. Fresh palate while a hint of tannin gives its length. Especially good with: Ginger prawns, fish or prawn cakes starter dishes and steamed, grilled or salad seafood dishes.
