Vignerons de Bel-Air is a leading Beaujolais producer, headed by Philippe Marx, and has won numerous awards for wine quality whilst retaining their reputation for value for money.
A fine example of Morgon Cru Beaujolais. The wine has aromas of cherry and raspberry with notes of exotic spice. On the palate there is good weight and density and a lovely velvety texutre. Blackcurrant and raspberry fruits appear alongside cherry and a hint of wild strawberry. There are also additional complex notes of woodsmoke and vanilla spice.
This is a high quality Morgon which can be cellared 3-4 years as well as enjoyed now.
