Description
Les Vignobles Foncalieu are updating a forgotten variety to make this delightful rose: Piquepoul noir, the brother of Piquepoul blanc. Its unusual name evokes the way in which hens (or ‘poules’ in French) would peck (‘piquer’) at the grapes scattered on the ground.
It has a very pale appearance. Delicate aromas of crushed rose petals with lemony notes. Wonderfully lively and bursting with freshness.
