Description
This is a special single-vineyard wine from top Pouilly Fumé producer Jean Pabiot. The vines grow on ancient Kimeridgian soils which gives the finished wine a distinctive minerality alongside the intense, flint and gooseberry flavours with notes of white peach and lime. With lovely, balanced acidity and an impressively long finish, this is world class Sauvignon Blanc.
