Amarguinha Bitter Almond Liqueur

Amarguinha liquor is one of the most traditional liqueurs of Portugal. Viscous and crystal clear with a faint straw blush. Lifted aromas of marzipan, toasted almonds and hints of vanilla lead into a creamy, medium bodied, syrupy-sweet delivery featuring rich marzipan and vanilla; the sugars are slightly tempered at the finish. Amarguinha is naturally lacking in acidity and is often served with a squeeze of lemon.
